Joan, Kelly and Chad, we're so very sorry to hear of Dave's sudden passing. Our hearts break for you all, gone way too soon. It's been awhile since we've seen you guys, but we have many great memories shared with you all as old neighbours, hours and hours spent in those cold arenas, and Dave helping us out with our car problems. Dave probably introduced me to motorsports. Went to ihra championships in Ohio with him to watch Chad on top fuel crew. Worked for him as a kid as well a co-op at his shop. Great guy, sharp guy, great neighbor. Will be missed.

My family’s condolences. From Bill and Teresa Payne. Dave was I great guy. When Brant was younger Dave was a great host at Sparta Dragway. He would bring Brant up to the starting line on his golf cart and let him watch Chad race. And give Brant a Gingerale. Lol. Dave was always Gracious when I would pic his brain once in a while as I built my 67 Camaro. Rest In Peace Dave.
