Obituary of Kathleen Georgina Hughes

HUGHES – Kathleen Georgina (nee. Lowin) A remarkable woman of great kindness and strength.  She left us on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 surrounded by those who cherished her.  Kathleen leaves behind a legacy of beautiful creations, memories, and lives she touched.  Kathleen joins her husband and soul mate Robert ‘Bob’ Hughes and they will once again be dancing the Cinderella waltz.  We are eternally grateful to the VON and palliative care system.  Everyone who walked through our door was caring and wonderful.  Due to Covid there will be no memorial service at this time.  Arrangements entrusted to the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570).  Cremation has taken place.  Interment will be held at a later date.  If desired, donations to VON would be appreciated.  Personal condolences to the family can be made at www.sjfh.ca
