It is with great sadness that I read of an incredible athlete, brother, son , and friend passing. His silver medal at the World Games in Assen, Netherlands 1990 he ran the 3rd fastest time in the world for a total blind person. Then in 1992 he ran in the Barcelona Paralympics to a bronze medal. These were just high points.
It was for me such a rewarding gift to have been a part of something truly special.
May he run in peace.
