Philip and his brother Alan who I taught in 1969 visited us several times for Christmas dinner and Alan and I visited Philip at his residence in London where he could be found knitting etc on various projects. My wife Lynda commented on how proficient Philip was at his ability to knit various objects and give them to family and friends.
He will be missed by all who knew him!
