Very sorry to hear of Ria's passing. I worked along side of Ria with the Home and School (PTA) at New Sarum school for many years. She was a very kind and loving person. She always had a warm smile for everyone. My thoughts and prayers are with all of your family.

Uncle Rudy, and to the kids and grandkids: My heart aches for all of you, such an unexpected loss. I watched the service online (I am grateful for technology!), and it was a lovely service, with lots of great music (great choices!) and a message from your pastor. And Derek....wow, well done, that was a beautiful tribute to your Mom. I pray that Jesus surrounds you all with his love and that you sense his presence, today, tomorrow, and every day after that. My thoughts are with you all. I was not able to attend the service today, but was able to watch online. It was a lovely service and the kids, especially Derek did well sharing the memory of their mom. God bless you all, lots of hugs. Take care.

It is with sudden, shocking, sadness we are grieving with you Rudi and family….
We have wonderful memories of being in each other’s homes, Derek and Aimee’s home, and Camp Aush-Bik-Koong (ABK) together. We have shared our Grandchildren’s Accomplishments and family celebrations…and now we share our grief and loss as we will all miss Ria’s kind, hospitable, quiet, physical presence…BUT her Spiritual Presence is ALIVE and WELL as she basks in our Saviour’s Arms of LOVE in the Heavenly Place He has prepared for her …and we look forward to the Celestial Celebrations of reuniting with her in Heaven forever as promised to us by our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ….our lives here on earth are but a 15 minute interval on the eternal scale of time… she has left us all a legacy!

My condolences and deepest sympathies go out to the Bouius family at this time. Aunt Ria was an inspiration and a joy. Her love of reading and deep faith were an inspiration. The hospitality that was always extended by her and the family was phenomenal and an immense blessing.
While she has gone on before, we know that we are not without hope as we will meet again in the heaven with our God and father though His son Jesus.
My prayers go out to you at this time.

My heartfelt sympathy to you Rudi & your family at this very difficult time. Ria was such an excellent & compassinate Nurse . I worked with Ria at the S.T.E.G.H.. God.s light shone through Ria in the very kind & loving care that Ria gave in the caring of all her patients. It was a privilege to work with Ria .
