Obituary of Lindley Klay MacCallum
MACCALLUM - Lindley Klay “Clancy” of St. Thomas, Ont. passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at the age of 69, with his loving family by his side. Predeceased by his dear wife Ava MacCallum (nee Beaton) (2001). Clancy will be sadly missed by children Michael “Micky” (Tammy) MacCallum and Lisa (Mike) Smith all of St. Thomas. Dearly loved by his grandchildren Danielle, Brandon, Dylan, Josh, Jenna, and Kirsten; and his sister Judy Prance. Clancy will be missed by his several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and his nieces and nephews. Prior to his retirement, he had been a mechanic at Ford and Wilson & Somerville. He was a member of Faith Church. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Monday, December 28, 2015 from 7:00 - 9:00pm. The Memorial Service will take place at Faith Church 345 Fairview Ave, St. Thomas on Tuesday at 11:00am. Interment of ashes in Holy Angels Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Grace Cafe (St. Thomas), Caring Cupboard (St. Thomas), Teen Challenge (London), Men's Mission & Rehabilitation Centre (London) or Youth For Christ (London) would be gratefully accepted.
