Obituary of Donna Greenway

“Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Donna Elaine Greenway (nee Westaway) passed away at home surrounded by her family on Sunday, December 21, 2014 in her 76th year. Donna is survived by her loving husband John; her children Cathy (John) Ooms of Talbotville, Lynne (Mark) Hiepleh of St. Thomas, Joanne (John) Livingston of London, and Edward (Gayle) Greenway of St. Thomas; by her grandchildren Jonathon (Nicole) Ooms and their daughter Clara of St. Thomas, Jordan Ooms of Calgary, Ryan (Brianna) Hiepleh of St. Thomas, Sarah Hiepleh of St. Thomas, Kaleb Hikele and Jenay Hikele of Toronto, and Brittany Greenway and Tyler Greenway of St. Thomas; by her sister Karen (the late Wallace) Howlett of St. Thomas; her nephew Scott (Joan) Wolfe; by her brothers and sisters-in-law Pete (Mary) Groeneweg, Eva (Mike) DeVries, Cobie (the late John) Fondse, Corrie Davelaar, Nellie (the late John) DeBoer, Dick (Truus) Groeneweg, Mien (the late Max) Groeneweg; and by her 38 nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Edward and Helen Westaway and by her brother and sister-in-law Bas and Janie Groeneweg. Donna was a member of Living Hope Community Church. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Friday, December 26, 2014 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at St. Thomas Pentecostal Assembly 144 Wellington Street, St. Thomas at 11:00 am. Interment in Elmdale Memorial Park Cemetery. If desired, donations to the London Regional Cancer Program would be appreciated.
