Obituary of Ruth White

WHITE - Ruth V. White (nee Clipperton) of St. Thomas passed away peacefully with grace and dignity, surrounded by her loving family on March 7, 2014 at the age of 74. Beloved wife of Ray for 54 years. Loving mother of son Greg, daughter Cyndi and her husband Robert Hoath. Loving grandmother of Brittany, Madison and Sawyer. Ruth was the youngest of 9 children of the late Ernest and Annie Clipperton. She is survived by her siblings Phyllis Petrie and Bill Clipperton (Karol). Predeceased by siblings Calvin Clipperton (Edith), Dolly Allen, Russell Clipperton, Jim Clipperton, Doris O’Connor, Florence (Kim) Barta. Remembered fondly by many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 from 12:30 to 2:00 with the memorial service being held in the chapel at 2:00pm. Inurnment in St. Peter’s Cemetery, London.
