Obituary of Dalton George Binks

BINKS -Dalton George Binks of Tillsonburg, formerly of St. Thomas passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Esther Ann Binks (nee Jennings); loving father of Michael Binks of Regina, Sask., Geri Lynn Binks-Wallis (Christopher) of Dashwood, Ont., Steven Binks (Giselle) of Kelowna, B.C., Patricia Ann Roth (Barry) of Tillsonburg, Ont.. Dalton is also survived by his grandchildren Richard Roth and Amanda Roth; and his siblings Eleanor Lymburner, Morley (Pauline) Binks, Dorothy Roberts, and Theresa Bobier. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by siblings Freda, Hazel, Carmen, Lloyd, Ruth, Madeline, Jim and Hugh. Dalton graduated from high school and became a tool & die maker and worked his way up the ranks to become manager of Engineering at Clevite Manufacturing Ltd.. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Thursday, March 1, 2012 from 7:00 - 9:00pm. The memorial service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 2:00pm. If desired, donations to Ontario Heart & Stroke or Alzheimer’s Society of Oxford would be appreciated. Service Information
