Obituary of Keith Leonard Sherwin

Obituary SHERWIN- Keith Leonard passed away, surrounded by his family, at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of the late Verona Sherwin (2013). Adored father of Rosalie Medeiros, Austin and his wife Pamela, and Jeoffrey. Cherished grandfather of Jarrett, Kyle, Jacob and his wife Larah, and Benjamin. Fondly remembered by his brother Ray and his wife Shirley, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Austin and Rosa May Sherwin and by his brother Lloyd (late Marjorie) Sherwin. Keith worked at Wilson & Somerville as a refrigeration mechanic. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family at the cottage. A private family gathering was held at the funeral home prior to cremation. Public visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 9946 Talbotville Gore Road on Monday, April 9, 2018 at 4:00 pm.
