Obituary of Agnes Flatt

FLATT- Agnes Emslie Anderson “Nancy” (nee Ford) formerly of Stouffville, passed away at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital, surrounded by her family, on Thursday, November 30, 2017 in her 83rd year. Nancy is survived by her husband Gordon; her daughter Robyn (Jeff) Smith of St. Thomas; by her grandchildren Brandon (Brianne) Smith, Justin Smith, and Nathan Smith (Emma Renner); by her sister Ella; niece Lorraine and great niece Fiona all of Scotland; by her brother-in-law Henry (Nancy) Flatt of Alliston; and by her nieces and nephews Denise, Derrick, Laura, and Linnea and their families. Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm, where the service will be held in the chapel at 3:00 pm.
