Bill and I would meet and chat several times a year over many things. As recently as two weeks ago we had a festive drink and shared memories. Bill looked out for the disadvantaged, possessed strict rules yet always had time to listen to me. I valued his friendship and will sincerely miss him. My condolences to his family and all those who loved him.
